Project Manager PMP - Summary- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution for assigned projects within the Talent Technology portfolio
- Establish documentation, processes, and structure for a newly formed PMO
- Focus on hands-on delivery involving AI initiatives, governance artifacts, and project cadence

- Maintain risk logs, monitor project progress using tools such as Smartsheets, and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
- Take ownership of project issues, follow up on action items, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO

- 8+ years of proven project management experience, overseeing multiple projects within a large enterprise environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering, coordinating, and governing AI-related initiatives
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Smartsheets and familiarity with risk management logs
- Demonstrated ability to establish documentation and create efficient processes in ambiguous or newly formed PMO settings
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fostering team collaboration and stakeholder alignment
