The role of Project Manager (PM) is essential for leading and coordinating multiple shop and field projects across industrial and fabrication environments. As a Project Manager (PM), you will take full ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. The Project Manager (PM) is a pivotal leader who balances the needs of clients, contractors, and internal teams, guiding projects from inception through to successful completion.

As a Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and suppliers. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also outstanding communication and organizational abilities. The ability to oversee budgets, manage costs, and schedule resources is critical for project success. You will leverage project management software such as Vista and B2W to track progress, document changes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The Project Manager (PM) will also be tasked with preparing detailed proposals, managing RFQs, and ensuring all project documentation is current and accurate. You will attend on-site meetings, acting as the company’s representative, and will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. A deep understanding of steel fabrication, industrial piping fabrication, and system installation is required.

Success in this position as a Project Manager (PM) depends on your strong leadership skills, ability to solve complex problems, and proficiency in reading blueprints and preparing estimates.
