We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Estimator (PM/Estimator) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from initial estimation through to final delivery, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets. As a Project Manager Estimator (PM/Estimator), you will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational growth and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
As a Project Manager Estimator (PM/Estimator), your primary responsibility will be to manage awarded projects and orders, coordinating with various departments to guarantee successful project execution. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, maintaining existing relationships and building new ones to support business development and sales objectives. Your ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners is essential for achieving company goals and delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Project Manager Estimator (PM/Estimator) - Summary
- Full-time position overseeing all phases of awarded projects and orders.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Supports sales growth by fostering strong customer relationships.
- Collaborates with internal teams including Estimating, Programming, Purchasing, and Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project lead times, quality, and profitability are achieved.
- Adhere to company quality management systems and specific customer requirements.
- Ensure all job activation requirements are properly fulfilled for each project/order.
- Participate in daily production meetings and weekly capacity planning sessions to align on project priorities.
- Oversee project execution to guarantee adherence to quality, budget, timeline, and specifications.
- Manage subcontractors, including invoice verification, to ensure standards for quality, lead time, and profitability are met.
- Oversee contract billings and approve supplier invoices with attention to accurate cost coding.
- Review job cost reports and prepare profit projections to assess project performance against estimates.
- Perform additional duties as requested to support company objectives.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, serving as a professional representative of the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Three to five years of related experience in project management and/or estimating, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors/subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems and ability to apply these standards to projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, ethical, and courteous conduct at all times.
