Project Manager – Agile, Financial Services Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value financial solutions utilizing agile methodologies.
- Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple agile teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment towards project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and interdependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships across cross-functional teams, including product, QA, UX, and engineering.
- Mentor and guide technical leads and engineers, promoting accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates to senior leadership, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading enterprise-scale projects with significant complexity.
- At least 5 years’ experience in product management or as an engineering/technical lead.
- Proven experience with Finance SaaS platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Solid understanding of technology stacks including microservices, REST APIs (Spring Boot/Java), React, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Broad experience with SDLC, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Quality Engineering.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
