The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through final delivery. Project Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive and implement comprehensive Change Management Processes, including logging, reviewing, issuing notifications, and managing documentation for project changes.
- Oversee cost control processes, such as preparing monthly project management reports, tracking project cash flow, managing budgets, and processing owner/subcontractor pay applications.
- Provide input and supervise all pre-construction activities, including managing purchase orders, subcontracts, schedules, job cost setup, and detailed project pre-planning.
- Assist in project estimating and pre-construction processes, including scope review, bid participation, and generating schematic/design development budgets.
- Monitor and update project schedules routinely, track critical paths, and address potential delays with prompt documentation and communication to stakeholders.
- Review project proposals or plans to determine timelines, procedures, staffing needs, and allocate available resources effectively across project phases.
- Supervise and manage employees, subcontractors, and suppliers by providing direction, monitoring performance, and offering constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with individuals or groups (customers, suppliers, employees) verbally and in writing to ensure needs are met and conflicts are resolved.
- Reinforce and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values throughout project activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel as required by project demands.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; equivalent combination of education and practical experience will be considered.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management within commercial or healthcare construction, or related industry experience.
- Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, scheduling, and procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and resolve challenges proactively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
