Project Manager - Summary- Lead and manage project delivery from planning through completion
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill project commitments
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes

- Oversee all phases of project management, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
- Review technical documents and respond to project inquiries promptly and thoroughly
- Monitor and track project costs and progress against established objectives
- Manage relationships with contractors, staff, and vendors to ensure effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and company policies
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
- Travel as required to project sites; maintain a valid Driver's License
- Prepare for and pass extensive background checks as needed for site access

- 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in building infrastructure or energy reduction initiatives
- Associate degree required
- Knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively; valid Driver's License required
- Ability to obtain government badges and pass extensive background checks as required by project sites
