Project Management Office Analyst (PMO Analyst) - Summary
- Support enterprise-level project initiatives by managing project coordination, status reporting, and process adherence.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and oversight of project management and PMO processes across multiple organizational initiatives.
- Create, maintain, and track detailed Microsoft Project work plans, including project milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
- Compile and distribute regular status reports, ensuring timely and accurate updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and project objectives.
- Generate both detailed and summary project reports based on progress, milestones, and critical deliverables.
- Support process adherence and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio) to organize project data and facilitate communication.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting projects within large organizations involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
