- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (master’s degree preferred)
- PMP certification required
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in manufacturing
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in product management, especially with IoT, HVAC, or smart home devices, is a plus
- Experienced project management leader with a passion for driving results
