Project Engineer – Construction Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze construction design documents and specifications to support project delivery.
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for multiple scopes of work.
- Coordinate project activities with architects, owners, field personnel, and subcontractors.
- Generate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Act as a central information hub to maintain communication and workflow continuity across project teams.
- Provide technical insights to project supervisors, ensuring that work aligns with codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Facilitate change order management, expedite materials and equipment, and assist in estimate preparation.
- Compile and analyze project data to support progress tracking and reporting.
- Monitor, track, and report on project quality control metrics, raising issues as needed.
- Conduct inspections to confirm that all work meets project plans and specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or pending graduation in Engineering or Construction Management.
