Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and document all material submittals to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review construction drawings and specifications, identifying needs for Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Maintain quality control and production records, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Superintendents and Project Managers with technical, quality control, and administrative tasks.
- Order project materials, track deliveries, and manage inventory to facilitate smooth operations.
- Accurately organize and maintain comprehensive project records.
- Oversee contract management processes, including invoice entry, coding, and organization.
- Maintain cost control logs, timesheets, daily schedules, material tickets, and corporate card receipts.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
