Key Responsibilities- Prepare, submit, and document all material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Review project drawings and specifications to identify and process Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the construction process.
- Maintain detailed quality control and production records, supporting continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.
- Offer technical, quality control, and administrative support to Superintendents and Project Managers, enabling seamless project execution.
- Order and monitor project materials, tracking deliveries and inventory to prevent delays and optimize resource allocation.
- Accurately manage and update project records throughout the construction lifecycle, maintaining thorough documentation for audits and stakeholder review.
- Support contract management activities, assisting with contract documentation, compliance, and communication with subcontractors and vendors.
- Handle invoice entry, organization, and coding to facilitate accurate project accounting and financial tracking.
- Organize and maintain cost control logs for projects, including tracking timesheets, daily schedules, material tickets, and corporate card receipts, as well as other relevant office documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities to meet project deadlines.
- Strong desire to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Previous experience in construction coordination is highly valued.
- Current valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
