Project Coordinator (PMO Analyst) - Summary
- Support the project management office in coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking project activities for major public sector projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project analyst, or project support roles.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple meetings, deliverables, and competing deadlines efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
