Project Coordinator (Junior Project Manager, PM) - Summary
- Supports project managers and teams in delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Manages administrative and operational tasks necessary for project success.
- Acts as a central point of contact for project communication and coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate successful project execution.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain detailed project documentation and logs.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and status updates for internal and external partners.
- Support program managers in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and managing delays or obstacles.
- Utilize project management tools and software to organize, track, and report on project activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2 years of project management, coordination, or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools (such as Smartsheet) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
