Project CoordinatorPrescott Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Aubrey, TX. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring that projects run smoothly from inception to completion. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who excel at managing multiple tasks, collaborating with diverse teams, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer quote inquiries and process purchase orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all requirements are documented and met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project development, revisions, schedules, and timelines, while actively forecasting key project milestones.
- Collaborate with the technical department to confirm technical accuracy on design details and promptly identify and address any project-related challenges.
- Communicate customer priorities clearly to CAD programmers, production managers, and operations support, facilitating seamless workflow across departments.
- Conduct regular project analysis and tracking on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to ensure all deliverables are on schedule and meet the highest quality standards.
- Provide written and verbal guidance to project teams, setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Demonstrate and explain product features or services to customers, ensuring they understand the value and functionality of Prescott Industries’ offerings.
- Support the sales team as a technical resource during business development activities, and help foster long-term relationships with both new and existing accounts.
- Gather and report customer feedback on company performance, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet project goals and objectives as defined by leadership, contributing to the ongoing success of Prescott Industries.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and relevant work experience is considered.
- Prior experience or knowledge in technical projects, particularly within manufacturing or related industries, is highly valued.
- 1-3 years of project management experience is preferred, showcasing a proven ability to coordinate complex tasks and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks for effective documentation and reporting.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to facilitate clear and productive interactions with team members and customers.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to calculate percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities, with a talent for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk, typing, and working on a computer.
- Capable of moving and lifting up to 15 pounds unassisted.
- Visual acuity required for detailed inspection of products.
