Project Coordinator - Summary
- Serve as the main coordinator for the Solutions Enablement team's marketing projects.
- Maintain project organization and ensure deliverables are tracked and completed on schedule.
- Utilize work management tools to facilitate project intake, progress tracking, and approvals.
- Support marketing managers and project leaders in executing multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Foster efficient communication between cross-functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day deliverables using a ticketing and work management system, ensuring information is current and properly documented.
- Manage project timelines, monitor milestones, and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep work moving forward.
- Partner with marketing managers and project leadership to support the intake and prioritization of initiatives.
- Facilitate timely approvals and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives.
- Support several marketing campaigns simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with all team members to ensure project clarity and completion.
