The Project Coordinator works closely with sales and service teams, as well as the corporate shared services department, to help ensure projects are processed, reconciled, and closed out efficiently and effectively. Maintaining accurate records and meticulously organized files within platforms such as Salesforce, Intacct, and Smax is essential to this position’s success.
In this full-time Project Coordinator position, you will be expected to analyze, coordinate, and process project-related items from inception through completion. This role requires a high level of attention to detail for reviewing project documents, as well as the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will engage in multi-tasking, prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
