Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting order management and project coordination for technical, made-to-order equipment projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful flow of projects from order intake through release and fulfillment, working directly with cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards of organization and communication throughout the process.

Project Coordinator - Summary
- Supports the end-to-end project lifecycle for technical, made-to-order equipment orders.
- Acts as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to ensure projects remain on track and within established timelines.
- Maintains accurate project records and manages documentation from intake through delivery.
- Contributes to a collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review incoming orders, order forms, and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate project workflow from order intake through release, proactively addressing potential roadblocks that may impact schedules.
- Create, maintain, and communicate production or project schedules aligned with both customer and operational requirements.
- Prepare and manage submittal documentation, utilizing technical inputs such as drawings, surveys, and specifications to ensure all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure established procedures are followed and deadlines are achieved.
- Support change management processes by identifying issues, initiating resolutions, and tracking updates through to completion.
- Maintain organized project records, forms, and files, ensuring timely distribution of documentation to appropriate teams.
- Enter and update accurate job or project information within company internal systems, supporting operational transparency and efficiency.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer requests, ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
- Monitor and ensure projects are processed in alignment with established service levels, supporting on-time product delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
