Project Coordinator - Summary

- Serves as a central communication hub between customers, vendors, technical teams, and internal staff.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trust with wholesale and distributor clients via phone and email communication.
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, including quote requests, purchase orders, template reviews, deliveries, and warranty resolutions.
- Simultaneously track multiple door-related projects, providing timely updates and proactive issue resolution.
- Follow up on sales leads and seek opportunities to expand customer accounts.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and confidently demonstrate features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and technical teams to ensure product accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze and report on sales data on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).
- Support ongoing quality improvements in both sales processes and customer experience.
- Develop new project ideas using current products to align with customer and company objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve ongoing projects.
- Track performance through CRM dashboards and outcome metrics.
- Stay informed of industry trends and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- One to three years of experience in sales, inside sales, project management, or technical customer support.
- Experience with technical products or components is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate pricing and quote calculations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and occasionally stand or walk in a warehouse environment.
