This Project Coordinator role centers on the coordination and management of crew logistics, including hiring, travel, and accommodations. Working closely with the crewing department and under the guidance of the Marine Operations Manager, you will facilitate the end-to-end process of assembling and preparing qualified crew members to staff vessels effectively. Your contributions will help maintain operational excellence and ensure smooth maritime activities.
In this position, you will also be responsible for the procurement and management of key crew-related services, such as hotel accommodations, shuttle transportation, and catering. Your ability to interface with service providers and negotiate terms will be essential to delivering quality experiences for crew members. The Project Coordinator will also act as a communication bridge between shore-based operations and vessels, including tugs, as directed by leadership.
The ideal candidate for this Project Coordinator position combines strong administrative experience with adaptable communication and problem-solving skills.
