Project Analyst - Summary
- Provide data-driven insights to support project managers and organizational leadership.

- Collaborate with project managers to analyze project data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Engage in project management activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, using tools such as Excel to create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of ERP and MRP systems for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Present findings and business correspondence in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Assist with process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of project management methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to eight years of experience as an Analyst, with a minimum of two years in Accounting or Finance roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced data manipulation techniques such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Demonstrated expertise with MS Office Suite and a strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage project-related tasks independently.
