As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project administration are executed with precision. Project Administrator - Summary
- Support the project management team with administrative functions related to ongoing projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Compile, review, and organize cost data from internal accounts and third-party subcontractors to ensure effective cost tracking and management.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure clients are billed accurately and payments are received according to contract terms.
- Assist with project documentation controls, ensuring all documents are properly managed and stored in accordance with client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage reports to fulfill customer-required reporting needs, such as tracking local content expenditures and maintaining compliance with various requirements.
- Support project managers in processing change orders and ensure clients are billed accordingly for modifications to project scope or deliverables.
- Monitor contractor and subrecipient compliance, providing oversight to ensure all parties adhere to their contractual agreements.
- Apply process improvement skills to streamline administrative workflows and support the achievement of project objectives.
- Effectively manage projects of varying nature and scope, adapting to different operational requirements as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Advanced degree and/or certification in contract management is preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in interpreting and administering contracts, with an emphasis on operations, finance, document control, or legal-related work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, or Smartsheet is highly advantageous.
- Permanent US work authorization is required; third-party or agency submissions are not accepted.
