Program Support Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a secondary point of contact for assigned international foundation partners, ensuring smooth communications and relationship management.
- Support senior regional leadership in enhancing fundraising strategies and operational effectiveness for global alliance members.
- Organize and facilitate recurring calls and communication touchpoints with global partners.
- Maintain accurate, current records using the organization's CRM system, ensuring high standards of data integrity.
- Assist with the planning and execution of foundation assessments, including drafting comprehensive assessment reports.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategic growth plans for international leadership.
- Provide language and documentation support in French or Portuguese for international initiatives.
- Coordinate training, coaching, and shadowing opportunities with internal subject matter experts to foster capacity building.
- Manage logistics for international travel, workshops, and major partner events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Participate in internal operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement for the global team.
- Engage in workshops and other activities designed to strengthen global collaboration and partner engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in French or Portuguese, both written and verbal, is essential.
- 3–4 years of experience in program support, coordination, or liaison-focused roles (strong language skills may substitute for some experience).
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or regional teams in a global context.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with public speaking.
- Proven ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
