Program Support Specialist - Summary
- Provide comprehensive support to global foundation operations by managing communication, records, and program activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned foundation partners, managing calls, updates, and new initiatives.
- Maintain and update records in CRM and other data management systems, ensuring accuracy in revenue, account, and opportunity tracking.
- Support the planning and execution of workshops and training sessions, providing both logistical and language assistance.
- Translate written documents and provide on-the-spot interpretation during meetings and events to facilitate clear communication among diverse teams.
- Draft comprehensive reports and assist with strategic planning efforts alongside regional and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate coaching sessions with subject matter experts, supporting the professional development of both internal staff and external partners.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the global team by supporting operational planning and the implementation of organizational initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both English and business-level Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and understanding of Latin American communication styles and business practices.
- Minimum of four years of experience in an administrative, nonprofit, or international program support capacity.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with note-taking, data entry, and providing administrative support to regional leaders.
