Program Manager – UKG Dimensions (UKG) Reimplementation Summary
As a Program Manager – UKG Dimensions (UKG) Reimplementation, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical UKG Dimensions reimplementation project. Your responsibilities encompass project planning, execution, stabilization, and stakeholder alignment, with a focus on seamless integration with Workday HCM and Payroll modules. This position requires a deep understanding of workforce management systems, clinical scheduling, and pay rule configuration, particularly in complex healthcare environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, Nursing, and Finance, to ensure project success and organizational alignment. Your ability to manage resources, mitigate risks, and deliver results on time and within scope will be essential in this leadership role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle for UKG Dimensions reimplementation, from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure seamless integration between UKG Dimensions and concurrent Workday implementations, with an emphasis on timekeeping, payroll, and workforce management modules.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage resource allocations to align with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Create executive dashboards and comprehensive project documentation to communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, Nursing, and Finance, to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure project alignment.
- Partner with UKG Dimensions subject matter experts to manage system functionality, drive configuration enhancements, and implement industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Champion organizational change management efforts to ensure stakeholder buy-in and smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years focused on UKG Dimensions (UKG) system projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in full lifecycle UKG Dimensions (UKG) implementations and reimplementations, particularly in complex organizational settings.
- Expertise in pay rule configuration, complex shift differentials, and clinical scheduling models within workforce management environments.
- Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and HCM, with demonstrated experience in healthcare or similar regulated industries.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
