- 7+ years of experience in Program/Portfolio Management, PMO, or Business Analyst roles for large-scale programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira including dashboards, filters, and cross-project reporting.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to transform data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Demonstrated experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and SAFe frameworks in multi-team settings.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis, mitigation planning, process documentation, and scope management.
