As a Program Manager (PM), your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end execution of high-visibility technology programs. The position involves significant responsibility, including oversight of projects ranging from $200K to $20M, with cumulative oversight often reaching around $40M.

Your background should include at least 7 years of progressive project or program management experience within large, matrixed organizations. Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly in managing project managers and engaging with executive steering committees, are vital. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is expected, and experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives—especially in geospatial or GIS systems—will be highly valued.
