- Manage and monitor program budgets, vendor contracts, and financial tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including RFP processes, statement of work creation, and financial oversight.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience overseeing large, complex projects.
- Demonstrated success managing program budgets of $10M or greater.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale software implementation projects.
- Strong skills in vendor management, including RFP processes, SOW creation, and comprehensive financial oversight.
- Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
