Program Manager (PgM) - Summary
- Lead and oversee large, complex programs involving multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Drive program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of key milestones.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute program plans across business and technology domains, managing dependencies and ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Maintain program governance, monitor roadmaps, and provide comprehensive executive-level status reports.
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively drive issue resolution across complex program structures.
- Foster collaboration and open communication channels among all stakeholder groups to ensure consistent alignment and progress.
- Support agile teams by identifying and eliminating blockers, and actively participating in testing and validation workflows.
- Ensure that all program deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a related leadership capacity with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple stakeholder groups across both business and technology sectors.
- Advanced understanding of program governance, roadmap management, and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in managing RAID logs and resolving program-level issues proactively.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of working effectively with Scrum teams.
