Program Manager (PgM) - Summary
- Lead end-to-end orchestration of strategic, multi-team programs across product, engineering, and business units.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs from kickoff through delivery.
- Facilitate steering committees, stage-gate reviews, and executive briefings to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparency.
- Utilize AI-powered analytics for monitoring program health, tracking dependencies, and providing early warning on potential issues.
- Automate routine reporting using AI-generated summaries, trend analysis, and data visualization tools.
- Evaluate, pilot, and operationalize new AI tools that enhance the program management function.
- Mentor project managers and technical project managers on integrating AI into their workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience leading complex programs in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
- Minimum of 2 years actively integrating AI tools into program management workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools in a professional setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and CI/CD-driven delivery.
- Proficiency with program and portfolio management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or SAFe certifications strongly preferred.
