Program Manager (PgM) - Summary- Lead end-to-end orchestration of strategic, multi-team programs across product, engineering, and business units.
- Drive AI-powered automation and analytics in program management workflows.
- Mentor and coach project management teams on best practices in AI-augmented program delivery.

- 10+ years of professional experience leading complex programs in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
- Minimum of 2 years actively integrating AI tools into program management workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools in a professional setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and CI/CD-driven delivery.
- Proficiency with program and portfolio management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or SAFe certifications strongly preferred.
