Program Manager - Summary- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple analytics initiatives in a regulated environment.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable project strategies and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Oversee compliance with data governance and reporting standards.
- Develop and prioritize actionable plans based on analytics project intakes and business requirements.
- Lead hybrid delivery approaches, including Agile sprint cycles (epics and stories) and Waterfall project planning.
- Manage program execution across multiple Agile teams using scrum of scrum ceremonies and SAFe principles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program staff, facilitating reporting data needs at federal, state, and internal levels.
- Drive AI prompting and data synthesis strategies, ensuring alignment with reporting standards, data governance, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with end-users, performance analysts, and leadership to validate project/program reports and presentations.
- Explain complex data initiatives in non-technical language to stakeholders at all levels.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in analytics or data-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable plans for prioritization and implementation.
- Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Expertise in clear, non-technical communication of complex data initiatives to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with end-users, analysts, and leaders to validate reports and presentations for official monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
- Proven leader capable of managing multiple, concurrent analytics programs in regulated environments.
