Job RequirementsThe Program Manager, a full-time regular role, is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of platform engineering initiatives with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and performance. This position manages end-to-end project delivery for large national accounts, including scoping, scheduling, financial oversight, and milestone tracking, while ensuring adherence to standardized commissioning guidelines and industry best practices. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to enhance platform tools and processes, oversees the production teams operations, and drives talent management through recruitment, development, and fostering a strong team culture aligned with company values.
Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, required.
- Five (5) years of experience in HVAC systems, platform development, or building automation required.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex national accounts through full project lifecycle required.
- Experience in financial tracking, budget management, and reporting required.
- Prior experience managing or leading a production team required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
