Program Coordinator - Summary
As a Program Coordinator, you will support the Office of Well-Being by facilitating administrative and programmatic activities that drive the organization’s mission forward. This role involves engaging with executive leaders and diverse teams to coordinate meetings, manage communications, and track key metrics. Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support Office of Well-Being programs, meetings, and initiatives, involving a broad array of stakeholders (often 60+ participants).
- Prepare, format, and distribute slide decks, meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and follow-up documents to ensure all participants are well-informed and prepared.
- Manage and update the Office of Well-Being’s program and operating calendars, ensuring all events and deadlines are accurately maintained and communicated to relevant parties.
- Track program metrics and provide support for Monthly Operating Reviews, contributing to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Draft and disseminate communications to targeted hospital and system stakeholders, utilizing established templates for consistency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of well-being across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, executive support, or administrative project support, preferably within a healthcare or large organizational setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong calendar management skills and the ability to coordinate large meetings involving senior leaders and multiple departments.
- High attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
