Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely move glass materials from tables, furnaces, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for extended periods.
- Efficiently transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled according to company standards.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on items and materials to maintain high standards.
- Operate and maneuver equipment as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a production environment is preferred (glass industry experience is a plus but not required).
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels effectively.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical measurements and the use of a tape measure.
- Capability to work in all areas of production, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and 150 lbs as part of a two-person team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
