- Operate machinery and perform core production duties in multiple manufacturing areas.
- Alternate between various production activities to meet output and quality standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and staffing metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and performance issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machinery reliability and maximize uptime.
- Monitor key performance indicators and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to 5S standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to team discussions to achieve plant goals.
