As a Production Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing the rework of flour products by manually handling and preparing bulk materials for processing. This includes the careful handling of 50-pound bags of flour, ensuring that each is accurately processed into our pack-out machines in accordance with strict food safety and USDA standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help guarantee that all products meet our exacting specifications, minimizing waste and supporting our sustainability goals.
In this role, you will also utilize the Scanworx inventory logistics system to efficiently pull pallets from the production line and transport finished goods to storage areas. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to damaged packaging or labeling errors. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be lifting heavy materials and walking extensively throughout your shift in a noisy, dusty environment typical of flour milling operations. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the use of steel-toe boots and compliance with background check requirements, is mandatory.
The Production Support Associate role requires flexibility to work 10-hour rotating shifts, including weekends, to support continuous production needs.
