- Proven experience in production support or operations, with advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Datapower, MFT, MQ, IBM, Splunk, SQL, and incident management platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Knowledge of EDI X12 transactions and experience with Linux, scripting, and process automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues to diverse stakeholders.
