Production Supervisor - Summary

- Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks proactively.
- Communicate regularly with other departments and leadership to ensure alignment with customer and business needs.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience managing in a Union environment is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with MRP/ERP/Manufacturing Execution business systems.
- General industrial knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with welding and pipefitting processes is an advantage.
- Experience leading manufacturing processes for highly engineered, custom equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with structured problem-solving techniques.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license if travel is required.
