In this full-time Production Operator role, you will be responsible for moving and managing glass products using both manual and equipment-assisted methods. The job demands physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift and maneuver products weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds with a team member. Throughout your shift, you’ll ensure that all glass products are accurately labeled and inspected for quality, contributing to a safe and productive work environment. Your efforts will help maintain the high production standards expected in today’s competitive manufacturing landscape.
Production Operators are also expected to operate safely and efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment, maintaining focus and accuracy even during longer shifts and periods of overtime as required by business needs. The ability to read, interpret, and communicate documentation, as well as to perform basic mathematical measurements, is essential for success in this role.

- Conduct thorough quality inspections on all items and materials handled.
- Operate production equipment and manually maneuver materials as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.
