In this full-time Production Operator role, you will be responsible for moving and managing glass products using both manual and equipment-assisted methods. The job demands physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift and maneuver products weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds with a team member. Throughout your shift, you’ll ensure that all glass products are accurately labeled and inspected for quality, contributing to a safe and productive work environment. Production Operators are also expected to operate safely and efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environment, maintaining focus and accuracy even during longer shifts and periods of overtime as required by business needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Move glass materials from tables, furnaces, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for extended periods.
- Transport glass and materials throughout different areas of the warehouse and production facility.
- Ensure correct and clear labeling of all products to support inventory and quality control.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on all items and materials handled.
- Operate production equipment and manually maneuver materials as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any workplace hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred (glass industry experience is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and product labels.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical measurements, including effective use of a tape measure.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds with a partner.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapting to various production demands.
