Production Operator - Summary- Responsible for handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials within the production and warehouse environments.
- Operates equipment and ensures compliance with all quality and safety protocols.
- Works both independently and collaboratively to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Safely move glass from tables, furnaces, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or storage crates throughout the shift.
- Transport materials from one location to another within the warehouse and production areas.
- Accurately label products to ensure proper identification and traceability.
- Conduct quality inspections on glass materials and products to maintain high standards.
- Operate manual and powered equipment to maneuver materials as required by production processes.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and meet daily production goals.

- Capable of working in all areas of production, including environments that are not climate controlled.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs in a two-person lift team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.
