Located in Van Wert, OH, our modern manufacturing facility is seeking full-time Production Operators for both day and night shifts, following a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This schedule provides a unique work-life balance, with built-in days off and the opportunity to accrue overtime. No prior experience in production is required, as comprehensive training is provided to all new hires. We are seeking candidates who are dependable, punctual, and ready to be trained in all aspects of the role. Production Operators are responsible for a variety of tasks critical to the manufacturing process. These include operating forming, pulping, and printing equipment, monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished goods for quality assurance, and maintaining a clean, organized production floor. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety protocols are essential for success in this role. The facility is non-climate-controlled, and operators are expected to work 12-hour shifts, standing for extended periods and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
In addition to a competitive hourly wage, this full-time Production Operator role offers an attractive benefits package.
