Duties & Responsibilities- Sort soiled linen into appropriate categories for processing, ensuring accurate separation and preparation for washing.
- Operate industrial washers, dryers, and other machinery as assigned, following standard safety and operational procedures.
- Perform stain treatment and washing tasks to ensure linens are properly cleaned according to plant standards.
- Fold, iron, pack, and distribute linens as part of the production process, maintaining efficiency and quality.
- Pull laundry bags and conduct other laundry-related activities in the designated order, as directed by supervisors.
- Follow directions and adhere to all safety precautions to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Meet or exceed hourly production standards, consistently contributing to the team's output goals.
- Notify supervisors promptly if technical issues arise that impact production capabilities or standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operation and workflow of the laundry plant.
