Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of filling and packaging equipment to accurately fill containers such as drums, pails, totes, and bottles with blended chemical products.
- Follow detailed batch sheets and production orders to ensure correct product identification, weights, and labeling for every job processed.
- Inspect all containers, labels, and filled products for quality assurance and compliance with company and regulatory specifications.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and organization within the work area and ensure all equipment is kept in proper operating condition.
- Safely handle, transfer, and process chemicals using pumps, hoses, and additional specialized equipment as directed.
- Document and record production data accurately and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for shipment using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Consistently apply all safety, environmental, and company policies, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Take part in ongoing safety and quality training to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Immediately report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisory staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
- Prior experience in chemical blending, filling, or manufacturing is preferred but not strictly required.
- Demonstrated basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery and tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend production documents, safety data sheets (SDS), and product labels.
- Strong focus on detail, quality control, and adherence to instructions.
- Physical ability to lift, move, squat, and carry up to 50 pounds routinely.
- Capacity to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods as required by production demands.
- Comfortable working in environments where exposure to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures is common.
- Previous experience with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is necessary.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
