- Performs a wide variety of essential laundry processing tasks
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of production goals

- Maintain the consistent flow of linens through various production stages, including tunnel washers, dryers, and other laundry machinery
- Sort and process laundry items in the designated order to optimize efficiency
- Load linens into machine pockets, ensuring appropriate load sizes and preventing overloads
- Monitor the progress of laundry batches, adjusting as needed to keep production moving smoothly
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to protect self and team members
- Meet or exceed established production standards per hour
- Identify and report technical issues to supervisors that may impact production output
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs, including folding, ironing, packaging, and distribution of textiles
