Duties & Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and follow work instructions related to picking and kitting operations.
- Efficiently pick and prepare parts according to system-generated lists, meeting incremental internal deadlines.
- Compile, label, and package parts in line with specified procedures and quality standards.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and QMS (Quality Management System) updates accurately and thoroughly.
- Proactively seek and suggest improvements to enhance production processes and workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to established safety standards and guidelines.
- Perform all additional job duties as assigned by supervisors or leads, demonstrating flexibility and cooperation.
- Accurately count and verify parts, ensuring order completeness and quality.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, while following proper safety protocols.
- Wear required ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection when handling sensitive components.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
- Strong math and accurate counting skills.
