- Handles a variety of tasks including soil sorting, operating washers and dryers, folding, ironing, packing, and distribution
- Ensures textiles are processed efficiently to meet customer needs and production targets
- Follows safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times
- Works cooperatively within a team environment to support overall plant operations
- Sort soiled linens and textiles into designated buggies for processing
- Operate industrial washing and drying equipment according to established guidelines
- Perform stain removal and quality checks on items before and after washing
- Fold, iron, and pack clean textiles for distribution
- Maintain a steady workflow to achieve hourly production standards
- Notify supervisors promptly when technical issues impact production
- Follow all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
