Production Operator - Summary- Integral member of a commercial laundry facility’s production team.
- Responsible for supporting multiple stages of the laundry process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Works alongside team members to meet established production targets and maintain a safe work environment.
- Sort soiled linens and garments into designated buggies based on type and processing requirements.
- Operate industrial dryers, washers, and stain washing equipment according to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Fold, iron, and pack processed linens and garments to company specifications for distribution.
- Pull bags of laundry and process activities in the required order to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Follow detailed instructions and all safety precautions to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
- Meet or exceed hourly production standards as set by plant supervisors.
- Promptly notify supervisors of technical problems or equipment issues that may impact production.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and plant operations.
