Production Operator - Summary- Member of the front-line production team in a commercial laundry facility
- Responsible for executing various production tasks to support operational efficiency and meet customer needs
- Opportunities to work in multiple production areas, including soil sorting, dryer and wash operation, stain removal, folding, ironing, packing, and distribution
- Work involves following safety protocols and maintaining production standards
- Sort soiled linens into appropriate containers or buggies for processing
- Operate industrial washers, dryers, and stain removal equipment as assigned
- Fold cleaned laundry items and use commercial ironing machines to finish products according to quality standards
- Pack and prepare finished laundry for distribution to customers
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Meet or exceed hourly production benchmarks as determined by plant management
