- Performs a variety of production-related tasks such as sorting, operating dryers and washers, stain washing, folding, ironing, packing, and distributing
- Maintains quality and productivity standards to meet customer requirements
- Works collaboratively with team members under the supervision of production leaders
- Sort soiled linen into designated buggies for proper processing
- Pull laundry bags and manage material flow through various stages of production
- Operate commercial dryers, washers, and ironing equipment as assigned
- Conduct stain treatment and washing procedures according to established guidelines
- Fold, pack, and prepare finished laundry products for distribution
- Follow all safety precautions and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Monitor and maintain production standards per hour
- Promptly notify supervisors of technical or operational challenges
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall plant operations
