The Production Operator plays a critical role in the daily operations of a high-capacity commercial laundry facility. As a key member of the front-line production team, the Production Operator contributes to the efficient processing of laundry to meet the organization’s quality and productivity standards. - Handles a variety of tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, packing, and distributing linens
- Ensures compliance with safety standards and production targets

- Sort soiled linens into designated buggies based on classification requirements
- Operate industrial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment following established safety protocols
- Fold, pack, and prepare clean linens for distribution according to production standards
- Pull bags and process laundry activities in the designated order as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain consistent production output and report any persistent technical issues to supervisors
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the production team
