Production Operator - Summary- Serves as a front-line team member in a high-capacity commercial laundry facility
- Performs a variety of production-related tasks to support seamless laundry processing and customer satisfaction
- Works collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goals and uphold quality standards
- Contributes to a safe and organized work environment by following all guidelines and protocols
- Sort soiled linen into designated buggies for processing
- Operate commercial dryers, washers, and ironing machines as assigned
- Assist in stain removal and specialized washing tasks to ensure optimal cleanliness
- Fold, pack, and prepare clean linen for distribution
- Pull bags and process laundry activities in the correct sequence
- Maintain production standards and targets as determined per hour
- Monitor equipment for technical issues and promptly notify supervisors when issues occur
- Follow all safety precautions and company guidelines to minimize risk and maintain workplace safety
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall plant operations
