Production Operator - Summary- Responsible for the dry packaging process, including filling, sealing, labeling, and moving product bags or boxes.
- Operates packaging equipment and ensures the accuracy of product weights and labels.
- Maintains compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Supports production efficiency and product quality.
- Fill bags or boxes with product and ensure accurate weights up to 25 lbs using electronic scales.
- Stamp or label each bag or box with the appropriate lot code for tracking purposes.
- Seal bags using stitching or heat-sealing equipment, verifying the integrity of each seal.
- Physically move filled and sealed products onto pallets for staging or shipment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
